Lawton Brothers Academy Professional Education program will give your cleaning staff the knowledge andskills they need to become true cleaning professionals. Many of the courses offered are ISSA/CMI verified, meeting industry standards and are instructed by a CMI, Accredited Certification Trainer.

We incorporate an adult learning model where we model the skill, the individual performs the skill, then we observe while they teach the skill. This model is used in almost all of our programs and results in higher competencies.

Trainers
Larry L. Lawton
Larry Lawton, the owner of Lawton Bros., Inc., was raised in the janitorial industry. After school, Larry served in the Air Force. After returning home, Larry working with Lawton clients to understand thier needs and to find solutions to thier problems. Today, Larry is a certified trainer by the ISSA CMI CPT and a CITS EB expert & ICE. Larry is commited to supporting those that have chosen this industry as a career, to become cleaning experts and professionals.

Angel Cruz
Angel has been in the cleaning industry most of his life as his dad and brothers owned a cleaning contracting company in Brooklyn, NY. Doing a variety of tasks from floors to deep cleans to maintenance, Angel has since worked as a floor tech, trainer and consultant. After moving to Florida in 2000, Angel has worked with schools, cleaning companies and contractors to help them improve their facilities and help train custodians and contractors on both equipment and chemicals. Being fluent in English and Spanish, Angel is qualified to conduct accredited training and is passionate about team work and improving healthy and safe work environments.
