Lawton Bros. Inc. Terms and Conditions
Placing Orders
Order Deadline
- For delivery routes scheduled for the next day's deliveries, orders must be placed by 2:30pm.
- We do not deliver to all areas everyday. Call customer service for your area's scheduled delivery day.
Minimum Order
- Free delivery on our own trucks with an order of $250 in our normal delivery area and $350 in rural areas.
- A $14.50 handling and delivery fee will be charged for orders not meeting the above minimums.
- Lawton Brothers delivers most orders on our own trucks by Lawton employees.
- We do not charge a fuel surcharge.
- Customers beyond the range of our trucks will be shipped common carrier and freight charged accordingly.
Return Policy – Stock Merchandise
Lawton Brothers will grant full refunds (excluding shipping and handling) of stock products returned within 30 days of the date of purchase:
- A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any product.
- The product must be unopened and in perfect condition.
- All returns are subject to review before acceptance of return merchandise and before a credit will be issued.
- A restock fee, including delivery or shipping fees, will apply.
Return Policy – Special Order Merchandise
The return of special order merchandise is completely contingent on the manufacturer's return policies.
- Restock fee, including delivery or shipping fees, will apply.
- Return request must be received with in 30 days of purchase.
- Product and packaging must be in perfect condition.
- An RGA from the manufacturer will need to be obtained prior to the merchandise being picked up by Lawton Brothers.
- Once we receive authorization and approval from the manufacturer a credit be issued.
- Any credit issued will be less any freight charges and restocking fees the manufacturer charges.
- Lawton Brothers will not be responsible for any cost associated with the return of any Special Order non-stock merchandise.
Credit Cards
Lawton Bros., Inc. accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Our policy is to only accept credit cards for point of sale transactions.
Payment Terms
- Terms are Net 30 days - with credit approval.
- There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
- Payments on account balances can be paid by check or EFT.
Sales Tax
In accordance with Florida state law, all customers will be considered taxable unless we are provided a valid certificate of exemption or resale.
Product Warranties
All of the products we sell are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If you have questions regarding the manufacturers warranty associated with any product, please check the product descriptions or call our customer service.
If there are any defects with the product you have ordered from Lawton Brothers, please contact us immediately. Claims after 30 days from purchase cannot be processed unless they fall under the manufacturer's warranty, in which case the manufacturer will need to be contacted.
Lawton Brothers makes no warranty claims, expressed or implied beyond the manufactures warranty.
Privacy Notice
Lawton Brothers keeps ALL customer information private. NO information provided to Lawton Bros., Inc. will be used for any purpose other than customary communication between us and our clients.
