Equipment Planned Preventative Maintenance Program

Lawton Brothers Planned Maintenance Program enables you to better manage your resources by helping you minimize down time and save money. We will work with you to develop a schedule for one of our technicians to regularly inspect and perform any necessary maintenance for your machines.

Equipment Repairs

Lawton Brothers has a service center located in our Orlando facility and two mobile service trucks. You can drop your equipment off at one of our four locations or we will come to you.

Lawton Brothers is an authorized warranty service center for Advance, EDIC, US Products, Viper, Sanitaire Commercial, Square Scrub, ProTeam, Host, and Kent brand equipment. We also service Tennant, Nobles, Windsor, and Tom Cat; however, we are not a warranty center for these brands.

Equipment Rentals

Lawton Brothers has an extensive rental fleet of floor machines, carpet extractors, wet/dry vacuums, burnishers and automatic scrubbers.
